We understand that shopping online means that you can’t touch and feel the items you're purchasing and that sometimes they may be different to what you expected.
While we’re pretty confident that you’ll love your purchase, if it’s not perfect for you, simply package it back up exactly as it came and send it back within 30 days and we’ll refund your money, no questions asked. (Well, we may ask why, but that’s just because we’re nosy and we’d love to better understand if it’s the fabric, the fit, or anything else in our control so that we can do better next time).
While we try our best to accept all items returned to us, please observe our returns policy below:
- All garments must be returned unworn and unwashed with swing tags still attached.
- Returns must include a return note with your order number, full name and contact details.
- Garments must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- We don’t cover the cost of return shipping
- Returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us safely, so we recommend using a traceable service.
To return items, please contact us via email emma@lovehaidee.com.au with your order number and we’ll provide you with a return address.
Once received by us and approved in accordance with this refund policy, we’ll process your return within 7 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment and you’ll receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Please note that if you used a discount code for your purchase this will be reflected in the total amount refunded.
