We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand that you can't touch and feel the items you're purchasing and that sometimes they may be different to what you expected.

While we're pretty confident that you'll love your purchase, if it's not perfect for you, simply package it back up exactly as it came and send it back within 30 days and we'll refund your money, no questions asked. (Well, we may ask why, but that's just because we're curious).

Please note that returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. That means they must be unworn, unwashed, no signs of wear, no perfume smells and with the swing tags still attached.

Orders are packed and shipped daily, Monday through to Friday (except public holidays). Any orders placed Friday midday will ship the following Monday. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number so that you can stalk your friendly postie.

Estimated delivery is 2-5 working days depending on your location and seasonal or postal delays. Please allow extra time for orders to WA, or remote locations.

Yes, you sure can! Along with your order confirmation, once your order has shipped you will be sent a tracking number so that you can stalk it all the way to your door!

For orders under $79 a flat rate of $8.95 is charged. Don't want to pay for postage? I mean, who does? Load up that cart because shipping is on us for orders over $79 - yay!

Yes! We currently ship to the US and New Zealand. If you're outside these countries please get in touch if you wish to place an order.

We ship far and wide however we're not responsible for customs and duties determined by each country's individual customs agency.

Duties, taxes and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Once your order has been placed we are unable to guarantee that we can make changes to your order or delivery details, but we will always try!
