While we’re pretty confident that you’ll love your purchase, if it’s not perfect for you, simply package it back up exactly as it came and send it back within 30 days and we’ll refund your money, no questions asked. (Well, we may ask why, but that’s just because we’re nosy and we’d love to better understand if it’s the fabric, the fit, or anything else in our control so that we can do better next time).
Please note that returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received. That means that they must be unworn, unwashed, no signs of wear, no perfume smells and with the swing tags still attached.
Orders are packed and shipped daily, Monday through to Friday (except public holidays). Any orders placed Friday midday EST will ship the following Monday. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number so that you can stalk your friendly postie.
Estimated delivery is 2-5 working days depending on your location and seasonal or postal delays. Please allow extra time for orders to WA, or remote locations.

For orders under $80 a flat rate of $7.95 is charged. Don't want to pay for postage? I mean, who does? Load up that cart because shipping is on us for orders over $80– yay!
